As part of the Richard Strauss Festival 2018 under the direction of KS Prof. Olaf Bär a singing masterclass takes place from June 25th to June 29th 2018 in the Kongresshaus Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Subject of the course are songs and opera excerpts with the main focus on Richard Strauss.
The course is aimed at singers aged a maximum of 32 years. The event is public and culminates in a final concert on June 29th, 2018 at 11 o’clock. The piano accompaniment during the course and in the concert will be done by Julian Riem.
Course language is German.

Active participation: 250 €
Passive participation: Day ticket course: 19 €
Final concert: 24 €

Applications for active participation must be submitted to the Richard Strauss Festival and include the following information or documents:
Name, address, date of birth, voice register, tabular CV, photo, demo recording (CD only).
Application deadline is May 2nd .
Applicants will receive feedback on admission to active participation by mid-May. 6 active participants will be admitted.
